  A bit about me… I am a master’s level licensed professional counselor (LPC) licensed in the state of Minnesota with three years of experience in co-occurring disorders. I am also an alcohol and drug counselor (LADC). I have worked with clients with a wider range of issues that include substance use disorders, process addictions, depression, anxiety, grief, personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, and codependency, just to name a few.  My counseling style is person centered. I consider myself a fellow traveler in you journey to improved health. I appreciate a holistic approach to counseling and use combined techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
