Meet Our Lindstrom Providers

     Shanasi Mason, MA

Let me introduce myself...
I believe individuals have what it takes within them to work through difficult times. It is a passion of mine to build others up and assist them in finding the strength and courage when they feel times are hard. As a growing therapist, I believe I can offer encouragement and a guiding voice to help you see that you are worthy.

I work with children, individuals, couples and families. Each one is unique in their own way; therefore, I use different approaches to assist you or your family in your journey. I love working with parents to assist their children in making changes as a family. Working with individual's one on one, either building a structured plan or working on a pace that suits your needs. Working with couples gaining knowledge of both parties' strengths to implement an approach to assist you both.

  •  Master of Art's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy working towards licensure.
  • Certified nutrition coach
  • Certified Prepare and Enrich provider

Ilissa Jones, MA LADC

Hello! Are you struggling with any of the following issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, grief and loss, relationship issues or do you just want to better understand yourself?

I enjoy working with men, women, young adults, teens, families and couples. I also have experience in working with, families with addiction issues, health care professionals and understand the struggles of needing support to address issues that come with being in a caretaker role. I believe everyone has a unique story with unique experiences that make us who we are today.  However, some of us have experiences that lead to unwanted emotions including shame, fear and low self-worth. I am a true believer that everyone is capable of finding their inner strength and using their courage to become a happier and healthier version of themselves. Once there, they can begin to find self-worth, acceptance and belonging in their story moving forward.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a respectful, encouraging and safe setting where you can begin to process some of your most significant life experiences and begin to find hope, understanding and bring light back into your life. I use a variety of evidence based treatments to help you move from problem focused to solution focused.

Carla McKean MA, LMFT, LADC

Let me introduce myself...
I believe that we all have the capability to survive through difficult times and unwanted emotions. I also believe that we are all worthwhile and valuable individuals that have something valuable to offer others. However, sometimes the world and people around us can seem discouraging and shame-based. One of my goals as a therapist is to model self-worth and provide my clients with constant encouragement until they are able to see themselves as a worthwhile person that is capable of also encouraging others. I love to work with individuals who struggle with emotion regulation and may have been labeled with the following disorders: personality disorders, substance abuse, bi-polar, PTSD, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, and major depression, that would benefit from dialectical behavior therapy. I also specialize in addictions as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, understanding addictions as yet another attempted solution an individual has found to help them cope with the unwanted emotions that life brings. I love working with teens and school aged children, including their families and parents.
