Ways to pay

1. Client Portal Payment

Visit the client Portal https://ckallc.clientsecure.me/sign-in and pay with a credit card, debit card or HSA card.

2. US Mail

  • Make the check out to Counseling Kids and Adults PLLC
  • Include the invoice number on the memo line. 
  • Mail to Counseling Kids and Adults, PO Box 974, Lindstrom MN 55045

3. Pay on Venmo

  • For your convenience, we have a Venmo option. We do not invoice or request funds through this option as it is not HIPAA compliant. This option is available for a patient originated payment. In other words, if the patient/patient’s family does not have other ways to pay an invoice they receive in the client portal or US mail, they have the option to send funds to our Venmo account. (If you use this option, you assume all known/unknown risks as Venmo is not advertised as being HIPPA compliant.)
  • Ensure that in the memo of the payment you include the invoice number and also send a message through the SimplePractice client portal informing Kimberly Anderson of the payment. We want to ensure the payment gets attached to the correct service for the correct patient.
  • Additionally, in Venmo, make sure to change the payment from the “Public” option to “Private”. (See photo for visual)
