The amounts below are the amounts documented in the first 2 quarters of 2024.

Each amount below is the amount the plan pays. So if you owe a deductible, you would owe the below amount to the provider. If you owe a co-insurance you would owe the coinsurance percentage amount of the amount below.

Diagnostic Intake Session=$198.08

60 Minute Session=$150.66

45 Minute Session=$113.24

30 Minute Session=$85.60

Family Therapy (30-60 minutes)=$112.87

Family Therapy without client present (30-60 minutes)=$108.25

Fee we charge $200

CO -$86.76

PR 1 Deductible $113.24

Insurance pays $0

This means that the patient has a deductible they have not met and $113.24 needs to be paid to the provider. 

Each amount below is the fee we bill health insurance and families that make over $250,000 a year. 

Diagnostic Intake Session (may be required to be repeated annually or every 3-5 years by the state of MN or health insurance plan) (the appointment is up to an hour or more and the paperwork completed by the therapist can take up to 2 hours.) $300
