Transform Your Life with Our Teen Groups

   1. Bryan's Groups are Thursdays in Lindstrom and video
      1. Grades 7-8 at 5:15pm
      2. Grades 9-12 at 6:45pm
   2. Jasmine's Support for Teens that have experienced Divorce. Mondays in Oakdale at 6pm, starting on April 14th. This is open enrollment. Video may be available.
   3. Kaitlyn's (Katie) Teen Tech Addiction groups are in Oakdale or video.
      1. Summer Day group starts June 17th and take place Tuesdays/Thursdays 11am-12pm Noon. Open Enrollment
      2. Wednesday nights from 7-8pm starting June 11th. Open Enroll until July 1st.
3. Choose either " Counseling Kids Adults Oakdale/Lindstrom " or " Counseling Kids and Adults Telehealth Video ".
4. Choose a Date and time that works for you. If you are using a phone, pay attention to the selections of "Morning, Afternoon, Evening". There are times available at all times of the day.
5. When you submit an appointment request, you have officially secured that date and time for your group start and you can mark your calendar. 
6. After you have made your appointment you will get a client portal invite via email. Forms will be sent to your client portal for you to complete prior to your first group appointment. These forms can take 15-45 minutes and the legal guardian/parent and the teen need to provide information for filling the forms.

8. If you child is currently attending individual therapy or has had a mental health diagnostic assessment in the past 12 months, feel free to upload that to your portal account, to bypass the diagnostic assessment fee. 

Cost:  Cost varies depending on insurance and income $0-$150 per session depending on insurance and private pay/sliding fee discount. If your household makes over $250,000 you will not qualify for a discount. Our discounts are very generous.

After you register, your teen and you will complete intake paperwork. Parents and teens will provide information to help us meet you and your family's needs and ensure your teen feels safe and supported. Group size varies, but will not be larger than 8 teens per provider or no more than 12 for two providers. Each group will consist of education on the topic, followed by open discussion and sharing of feelings and experiences. Each week your teen will have access to learning material via the group website. Videos and educational online worksheets will be available between sessions. Part of the process will include weekly journal or experimental exercises, in which, your teen will write about their experience or try skills learned, both in group and outside of group. In an effort to improve outcomes, parents will have access to the learning materials your teen is using for group.
